For their history topic, Hazel class have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians. To understanding the mummification process they 'mummified' a tomato! The children loved mixing salt and bicarbonate of soda to see how it helps with preservation. We can't wait to see how our tomato mummies turn out!
Maple Class
Maple Class enjoyed their adventure activities unit in PE where they developed collaboration and communication skills. They caved through the cave tunnels very successfully!
Oak Class
Oak Class had a great time writing their own raps in music this week, using rhythmic body percussion to help them stay in time!
Pine Class
In Computing, we've been having a great time learning about the Internet and the World Wide Web! We were all fascinated to discover that there are over a million kilometres of underwater internet cables connecting the world. What an amazing fact!
